Club's Level Structure / Player Development

Our new Player Development Structure is designed to support every player from their first introduction to the game through elite-level competition.

Our club operates as a complete soccer academy system, providing a clear, structured progression and pathways across four development levels to grow, compete and reach their highest potential within the club:

Recreational Program

Our Recreational level introduces players to the game in a fun, supportive environment. The focus is on enjoyment, basic skill development, and building a love for soccer. This level serves as the introduction to the basic skills necessary to becoming a competitive soccer player, and a great place for players to grow in confidence, acquire the basic skill, and gain game experience.

Travel Teams & Pre-Academy Program (Equal Development Levels)

Our Travel and Pre-Academy programs are treated equally in importance and standards, both offering competitive environments with professional coaching, structured training, strong player development and team concepts, and regular league play.

While training approaches may differ based on player needs, both levels provide:

• High-quality coaching and curriculum 
• Competitive match environments 
• Clear opportunities for progression 
• Equal respect, visibility, and development focus within the club

Players may move between these levels based on their development, readiness, and commitment, creating a great environment for players looking to take the next step in their development. Both levels will focus on strong technical foundations, teamwork, and competitive match play within local and state leagues. Pre-academy teams will compete in regional and national leagues, upper divisions of local/state leagues, and higher-level tournaments. 

Academy Teams

Our Academy represents the highest level within our club. Players compete in top-tier platforms, including National Academy League (NAL), Elite Club National League (ECNL), and USL Academy/Youth, providing exposure to the highest levels of youth soccer and preparing for future MLS-Next Academy opportunities. These teams also compete in showcases and high-level national competitions to ensure our players are consistently challenged and exposed to elite environments.
