It is highly recommended for travel teams to attend and take advantage of the summer program as part of pre-season training. It is a critical component of launching a successful season. Players benefit from intensive training in the technical, tactical, mental, and physical components of the game. In addition, pre-season training provides an invaluable opportunity for teammates to bond with one another and their coach.

Specific dates will be provided by coach and club director at the end of the Fall season for existing recreational and travel teams depending on coach and field's availability. At the moment, no soccer practices or training sessions are available for winter of 2025/2026. Travel teams will be participating in MDSL Futsal winter leagues, only. Practices may be scheduled and costed separately if available.
